Origin story

Earlier in 2025, we planned to kick off an "eleven startups in eleven days" experiment at Madeline & Co. We were close to hitting send. Then something didn't sit right.

So instead of rushing the public experiment, we chose to invest in the community first.

Meet our team

With the support of partners like Cooley LLP, CIBC Innovation Banking, AllianceBernstein, Fractal Tech, Loft 29, and Fabrik, we spent the year in real rooms with real founders.

Seven in-person workshops. 130+ startups. Four to six hours at a time. No B.S. Just structured thinking under pressure.

We refined the frameworks. Sharpened Madeline's workflows. Pressure-tested the system across industries.

Now the original experiment returns with more edge, more proof, and better timing.
